Methods for Hunting
One method for hunting hogs is using dogs. This usually constists of many training for the dog as a puppy. When the puppy can finally find a tied-up hog on its own that's when you know it's ready to hunt. When the dog is ready, you take 3-4 dogs for attacking and sniffing the hog out.
Another method is trapping the hogs in cases by placing corn or mash (milk and corn) in the cage. *Useful for catching multiple hogs at a time.
The last method is going out and shooting hogs. Good guns to use are .243, .270, .308 and a .300 Mag. This method constists of wearing long clothes, usually camoflague patterns.
Because hogs are considered a nuissance in florida, Florida has no limits on how many wild hogs you may harvest. This is why hunting hogs is so popular in Florida
